No service... been a customer for ** years... bills were up to $***.** a month... neeeded a reduction , never had an upgrade...got an upgrade to HD yesterday.. right after technician left, no service. Called last night, spoke to Fabian who said he would have someone call within the hour to schedule an appointment for a more experienced technician to come fix. No call...no service! My in laws count on TV for their livelihood... they are both ** years old and bound to the house. If this is the way this service is going to be, you can come take it out.
