I am extremely upset with Direct TV. I had someone come on in February, **** and he changed the wiring on my satellite. I was extremely satisfied with him. However, because the ground was frozen, he said I should contact you in the spring so that the cords can be buried by use of your trencher. I called this week and was passed back and forth to all sorts of departments. Each one promised that the person I was being connected me WOULD be able to take care of it for me. While speaking with each person, I had to repeat the same information--e-mail address, home address, phone number, etc. etc. All of this waiting took FIFTY MINUTES and then I was disconnected!!!!!! I was calling from work and I told each person how important it was to get this resolved as soon as possible. After wasting all of this time, NO ONE bothered to call me back. I thought they would since I had given my number to enough people!!!! At this point, I am not willing to call and be put on hold. I want you to resolve this and tell me when someone will be out to bury the cable wires (please note that there also appears to be a wire over the exposed root of the red maple in the back yard). Do not ask me to call you back. If there is a call that is made, I want you to contact me. I'm done being put on hold. *Please note that the account is under (***) ***-**** and the business name is Pre-paid legal. It is bundled with AT&T cell phone service and internet service. Also under my name of Robert W. Pereira.*I have been seriously considering "cutting the cord" because of the expense I am incurring each month. This type of service does not make me want to stay. I am seriously thinking of an alternate company (and please do not contact me to offer me * free months of HBO or other type of additional programming).
