I cancelled DirecTv last summer and never received prepaid box to return * receivers and * remote controls. About a year before I returned a receiver that was inoperable. I did not receive a prepaid box to return it. I finally returned it at my own Fedex cost. I still have the satellite dish as well. Please inform me about what to do with these * receivers, * remotes and * satellite dish.* thank you Robert M. Willis
