I was receiving a * year contract price discount of **$ off my bill and I received my bill today without the * year contract price. I was just told that the price was for a bundle package that I was never told about when I first started the service. The wireless and internet service is not available in my area. Why am I being penalized for services that are not in my area? I tried them both and there is nothing I can do if they do not work where I reside. I was offered a funky *$ discount that almost made me tell the representative to cancel the service. I don’t think the * representatives tried very hard to rectify this situation. There is no way I would have agreed to a bundling package knowing it was totally useless to me. Yeah, I would have love to have the internet and wireless service bundle because it is a great deal, hands down. I would really like to continue the tv service, but offering that *$ was a total slap in the face and unacceptable. I will disconnect service if I have to and pay the termination fee. The termination fee is a whole lot cheaper than what I would be paying if I continue service until my contract is up. I hope we can come to some sort of resolution for this matter. **Thank you very much for your time.
