I receive regular text messages with requests from digit to update my bank account information so that the app can continue saving for me. However, I also have regular monthly withdrawls from my account by Digit for $*.**. How can it be that i am still being charged a fee which is withdrawn directly from my bank account, when Digit isn't able to save any money*perform any service for me because allegedly there is no connection to my account?
