Back in May this year my luggage did not arrive at my hotel for *no days. *I was informed that I could purchase what I require up to he value of $** per of which I needed to as I was in fact working in Las Vegas for two weeks. *I kept all receipts and emailed to Delta along with many previous emails. There are many of my emails but only a few in reply. *Eventually I was offered compensation in the way of a credit to use on another trip, of which I have nothing I can use this on. I did email back stating that this is totally unacceptable. *As yet I still have no corespondents as regards getting my money back. I did lose time off at work and made various phone calls of which I’m not accounting for i mealy would like what I have already paid out please that is all. I do find that due to the fact this was over * months ago now a conclusion should surly be made. *I have lost count of how many emails I have made I can forward them to you if required. *I hope you understand my problem. *Ref number LASD***** *Mr Stephen Glover
