Cannot locate my ecredits in my account. Message displays "We're sorry, but there are no active or recently active certificates or eCredits available for display associated with this account." Have * Covid related canceled tickets which should have automatically converted to ecredits ************** and **************. These should be showing up and need to know why and rest assured of their value and being able to use them up until December ****.
