I purchased an Alienware laptop from DELL and then purchased a Dell premium support for * years, which is valued at about $***-$***. Initially, their sales representative calls me several times and introduce this product*service. Eventually, after we were gone through many Emails, I decided to purchase this one. Also, in our Email, their sales representative clearly state that "I can cancel my support in the mid of the contract." So that's why I purchased. Now, I've called them several times, and they said I could not do it because it's more than ** days. I feel distraught. Also, the main reason I want to cancel my support is that the quality is very low and not meet my expectation. *Now, I simply just want my money back. I want to cancel this premium support and get a full refund.
