I am wondering if ERROR Code 2[redacted] indicates a hardware or software problem. Recently, I encountered Error Code ****-*****Validation ******Msg: HardDrive *-SN Z*Z*HDJL, and the short test was unsuccessful. Yesterday, I bought support (ID *************), and the technician suggested I needed a new computer due to a Windows issue. However, I believe it might be a HardDrive problem rather than a software issue. The tech is sending new Win** software, but I suspect it's a hardware concern.

While monitoring, the screen went blank and turned white. The CCTV camera is connected to the monitor exclusively for CCTV use. I lodged a complaint on 25-04-[redacted]. However, I have not received any response from the company. Kindly acknowledge this complaint.

I bought a PC USB transfer as part of a bigger order and now I want to return it for a refund. I purchased a Dell desktop computer from Singhvi computers in Mysore on 10/04/[redacted]. Since then, I have faced troubles with it about 4 to 5 times. Is this the best product available in India? I had trusted this product when I bought it, but within a short period, it started causing issues. I have contacted your technical team multiple times to replace it, but I have not received any response from you. Should I continue to tolerate this kind of trouble with your product? Does Dell manufacture such poor-quality products that even after repairing it 4 to 5 times in just 2 years, the issue is not resolved?
