I have a company issued Dell Latitude ****. When I am in the office, I am connected to a Dell Dock via a cable (mini USB?). I have PPID and MAC numbers for the docking unit and I suspect a bad connection or a bad unit as my internet and network connection will be intermittent. I have been successful switching to the wireless connection, but that does not allow me to use my desktop set up.
GetHuman4078196 did not yet indicate what Dell - Tech Support should do to make this right.
