Sir I(Mohit Kumar from Rewari) purchased a Dell Inspirion **-**** at * June,**** from The Whitehouse InfoTech,Hisar(******). Since I bought it ,it have a lots of problems, within a week its windows doesn't work then I put the window in recovery mode and fix it. Once it didn't accept the password and i cant unlock it after * days it unlocks. After this I have take *gb ram in it, but it doesn't work like * gb ram it is very slow sometimes it hangs badly .When I bought it then the dealer said me that it have *gb intel graphics and I can play light games easily but in this matter also its very bad I wanna play gta vice city in it but it shows graphics problem while I have another compac laptop * years old and the laptop can easily ran the game. Now I also concern about my problems to the dealer but I cant get any proper solution in fact they behave rudely and said that its not their responsibility that the laptop should work properly or not.Sir I wanna buy asus laptop but when I researched about laptops I found your company is the best in this field and have very good reputation .But sorry to say that I am not happy with your product and I completely fed up with this .I took laptop with great hopes but i fully frustrated . Now i request you to please solve my problem otherwise i file the case in consumer court.
