If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

Did not work, ask me log in. But I never had to log in before and no Password.**) So tried to reset a Password I never had. Told me my email was used by another account. Do not have a *nd Deezer account.**) After that Deezer, apparently it accepted "a Password" reset and asked for my PayPal account details. What for? I am already paying via Paypal (initiated via Google Pay). I am not going to give Deezer second payment order, you already debit my account.**Question: **) Why do I have to log in, when I had no log in before?**) Just changed from Trial to Premium and was able to use Deezer without creating some sort of account or log.**) Why does Deezer do not accept my email and telling me it is associated with another (Deezer) account, which I do not have?*Please assist!*Actually, I like Deezer, but If this problem is not going to be solved, I will cancel Deezer.*Regards,*Ada-Kristina Fiz*ll-K*nig*(I am writing this email from my computer)
