I did not sign up for Deezer, yet I was charged $9.99 for a service I never use. I only subscribe to YouTube, Spotify, and SoundCloud monthly. I never heard of Deezer until I noticed the unauthorized charge on my account. Please refund my money promptly and cancel any fake subscription associated with my account.

Deezer deducted $9.99 from my account without my authorization. I never signed up for Deezer and was not familiar with them until I saw an unauthorized charge on my PayPal account. Please cancel any fake subscriptions under my name connected to Deezer, linked to my email [redacted] Refund the $9.99 promptly as I only use YouTube, Spotify, and SoundCloud. I have no interest in Deezer after learning about them today. Kindly keep Deezer out of my account as I do not use their service. Please refund the $9.99 immediately. Thank you.

Unfortunately, someone used my bank card without authorization to subscribe to Deezer. My bank detected suspicious transactions, canceled the card, and issued a new one. A charge has been deducted from my account, and my bank suggested contacting Deezer to cancel the account, remove the transaction, and receive a refund. I don't have the fraudster's email, but I can provide details from both my old and new bank cards being used for the payments.

I have a suggestion regarding Deezer. While it's always been a good service, it is quite expensive for many people. The current £10 per month subscription is higher than other similar services like Netflix. It would be beneficial if Deezer offered more affordable packages such as a free service with advertising, an internet-only service without offline access, or a full service with a fee per download. A more reasonable price point like £4 per month could attract more users and potentially increase overall income. Deezer could focus on enhancing its music services rather than investing in podcasts, as most platforms already offer those. It's essential to address pricing to improve competitiveness compared to other services like Spotify.

I am a senior citizen with disabilities and have no interest in music. I did not knowingly subscribe to Deezer North America Paris and find this billing highly questionable. I am from Canada and would only make purchases from Canadian companies. I have been charged $9.99 monthly since May 9, [redacted]. Kindly cancel all subscriptions immediately. I do not wish to be associated with your organization. Please cancel any memberships, remove my personal information, and confirm the cancellation promptly. Thank you for addressing this promptly.

On the 6th of April [redacted], I attempted to create a Deezer account. Unfortunately, after entering my bank account details, I did not receive the activation email due to a typo in my email address. The incorrect address entered was [redacted] instead of my actual email, [redacted] I tried to correct this by signing up again but was informed that the account already existed. Struggling to log in, as I never created a password for the mistaken account, I realized Deezer had registered me with the wrong email. After numerous failed attempts to resolve this issue, I deactivated the account associated with the incorrect email to prevent any charges. To my dismay, on the 21st of May [redacted], Deezer still charged my bank account. Despite reaching out to [redacted] two days ago, I have not received a response. I seek assistance in deactivating all accounts, ensuring no further charges, and requesting a refund. Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Paulina Sara Bingula.

Hello, I canceled my Deezer Premium subscription a few weeks ago because I had been charged twice €9.99 per month for a long time. One charge on my credit card and the other via direct debit for the same amount. Now that I no longer have a Premium subscription, I don't understand why I will still be charged €9.99 on July 12. I am very unhappy about this. For a long time, I was charged twice the amount of €9.99 for a single subscription. Despite my complaints, I have not received any refund. I will block the next withdrawal. If you continue to present these charges, I will seek assistance from organizations specialized in such situations or directly contact a mediator. Thank you for your prompt and hopefully constructive response. I did not intend to subscribe to your competitors, but since you have taken hundreds of euros from me, I will not hesitate to switch to Spotify or another music streaming site. This lack of direct support can be frustrating for customers trying to resolve issues such as changing passwords or troubleshooting problems for days. Meanwhile, Deezer retains credit card information and continues to charge without clear communication. The company's bureaucratic approach creates a disconnect between customers and assistance. It is disappointing that Deezer operates this way, lacking direct support for users in need of immediate assistance.

Hello! I've been enjoying Deezer for nearly a decade or even longer. It's a daily companion for me as a person with disabilities, helping to break the monotony. Recently, I've noticed an increase in ads, with one playing after each song. I understand the need for revenue, but I feel this change disregards loyal customers like me. To enjoy ad-free music, I now have to pay £9.99 initially, possibly increasing to £17 later on. Having just subscribed for a month, it's disheartening to experience constant interruptions. Prior to this change, I appreciated the high-quality streaming without such limitations. It feels like a move to extract more money from us without considering long-term customers like myself. I've had a Deezer premium subscription for years. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and couldn't reset it because the verification code expired by the time the email arrived. The email takes 15 minutes to reach me, but the code expires in 10 minutes, making it impossible to reset my password. I've submitted multiple requests explaining the issue and requested the code be sent to my phone number, but I haven't received any feedback from their support team, which is quite frustrating.

I have discovered an artist using music that does not belong to him. The artist shares the same name as my late brother, Syko. It is evident that this person is not my brother, as even the album cover does not match. This situation is concerning as it involves copyright infringement. If this matter is not addressed promptly, legal action will be pursued. There are approximately four to five albums that belong to my late brother, and they are being wrongfully used.

We have been using Deezer as a family, and my husband received a notification about our expiring credit card. He believed that by not updating the card details, the charge would not go through. We are requesting the cancellation of our membership and to not be billed $[redacted].88 (Reference #[redacted]) from January 11th, as the payment with our credit card ending in 02 was declined. The account is under Pamela and Keith Hiller. We no longer wish to continue with Deezer services. If our request is not accepted, we will have to dispute the charge and change the credit card, despite the inconvenience. I am becoming very frustrated with my Deezer account and I am close to cancelling my subscription. I have never encountered this issue before, and I need it resolved immediately. I pay for the family plan to allow others to listen to music without interruptions. Every time my husband is listening, I, as the admin, am kicked off and cannot listen. If I have to make a new account, I will lose all my music and have to redownload everything. This is incredibly frustrating. If this cannot be fixed, I will delete Deezer. My husband uses a different account, and I am the admin. I am upset and not receiving clear answers to my problem. I am unable to speak with a customer service representative over the phone. Please assist me in resolving this, or I will have to leave Deezer.

I have been a long-time subscriber to the premium service, with payments drafted monthly from my checking account. Occasionally, I am unexpectedly logged out of my account and when I try to sign back in, it does not recognize my premium subscription. Despite multiple attempts using different email addresses and passwords, I cannot access my account. I have contacted Deezer through the app for help over a week ago but have not received a response. I would like credit for the time I have been unable to access my account or resolve this issue with their support team.

I have been charged multiple times and can't access my old account, which is troubling. The main issue is the lack of premium services despite being billed, as evidenced by the attached billing statement. A new debit card I recently got was charged without my approval, possibly due to hacking. I would like to cancel this subscription and receive a refund for the unused premium services.
