I have a Dezzer account registered under the email [redacted], and I make monthly payments through PayPal with a card ending in [redacted]. However, I noticed that payments have been deducted from my Mother's card in addition to my own. The unauthorized payments from my Mother's card include £7.99 in July, £9.99 in August, £9.99 in October, £9.99 in November, £44 in January [redacted], and £44 in February [redacted]. I am concerned about the double billing and the unauthorized charges totaling £88. I kindly request for the payments from my Mother's card to be stopped immediately, a refund processed, and an explanation provided to prevent this issue from reoccurring in the future. Thank you in advance.
About a year and a half ago, we relocated and got a new email address, losing access to our old one. Recently, we reconnected our SONOS sound system that was previously set up at our old place. We've been paying for our Deezer account linked to the old email. Thanks to Deezer Support, we changed the account email to our current one, now having access to Deezer. Yet, when we attempt to download songs onto SONOS from Deezer, SONOS displays an error message: "Unable to add songs to queue." Can anyone assist us with this issue?
I currently have a free subscription on Deezer, but £9.99 was deducted from my account. I believe this happened because I didn't cancel the free trial before the 3-month period ended, resulting in an automatic charge. However, my account doesn't reflect an upgrade corresponding to the payment, making it impossible for me to cancel as my status still shows as free, not upgraded. I want to avoid any future monthly charges. Can you please provide guidance on how to address this? Thank you.
I've been facing issues due to identity theft for years. Initially, when my account had insufficient funds, I tried to pay with a different card but was prompted to create a new account as the old one couldn't be found. However, when I tried to create a new account, it said my email was already in use. After several attempts, my daughter, S.P., created a new account for me under her name and email. Despite resolving issues with Bose, my Bose device still only plays for 30 seconds. Upon contacting Bose, they indicated the problem lies with Deezer. Interestingly, my daughter has been charged on her American Express account for months while my account is also being charged. Furthermore, my email is linked to my daughter's new Deezer premium account. Can you please activate S.P.'s account created on March 17, [redacted], so I can listen to my Bose SoundTouch system? If necessary, you can verify the details with my daughter. My account has been compromised by identity theft for years, causing these recurring problems. Thank you.
My credit card expired at the end of December [redacted], so I received a replacement card and updated my payment information with various services like Deezer. However, despite having sufficient funds, every time Deezer attempts to charge my account, the transaction is declined because Deezer continues to use my old expired card information. This issue has occurred nearly every month since December [redacted]. I am in urgent need of assistance from Deezer to update my payment details as this situation has become extremely frustrating for me.
I'm interested in exploring your website further, but I'm facing a frustrating hurdle. After signing up using my email and password, I'm being prompted to complete a series of image verification tests, such as selecting pictures of a traffic light or a bus. As a genuine user, this extra step is testing my patience unnecessarily. I feel that requiring these tests on top of a secure password is excessive, especially for a music website. I hope you can understand my frustration.
Hello, could you please assist me with my recent charges? I have noticed that there were three charges within only two days. On April 14th, a payment of £9.99 was deducted from my bank account through Paypal under the name "Deezer." Then, on April 15th, there were two separate deductions of £9.99 each from my bank account under the description Deezer vGsLK. Could you please clarify the situation and reverse the duplicate charges from the 15th of April? Additionally, I received emails from your company indicating that my renewal payment had failed on March 11th and was successfully updated on March 12th. The March charge of £9.99 was also processed through Paypal under Deezer. Thank you for your assistance. Lynn Bruggemann
I have noticed an unauthorized charge on my bank account from your company. Despite not having any subscriptions or affiliation with you, there is a recurring monthly deduction. I seek clarification on the source of this charge to address it promptly. It is essential for me to know the origin of this deduction before taking further actions such as disputing the charge or reporting it. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
The music glitches like a skipping CD, and I find it outrageous that there is no way to contact you. This issue has been ongoing for months, despite my messages and comments, with no action taken except for suspending my account when I miss a payment. Your lack of support or communication is frustrating. Your music repair system does not work properly, the app glitches, and it's a mess. Please do your job properly. I am a professional FPV drone pilot, and I am considering making a video about this problem. I hope that a more affordable and effective competitor replaces your app.
I have been a Deezer customer for over two years. Three months ago, I queried my subscription fee and received two free months of music that will expire at the end of April [redacted]. I wanted to switch to a cheaper plan but did not receive the email to resubscribe. Now, I am trying to reactivate my music with a payable subscription that is not premium and would like to know the types of subscriptions available. However, I am having trouble with my password and login. I believe it is [redacted] or [redacted], but I am struggling with the password. Please contact me regarding subscribing to Deezer as I have a lot of music stored. You can reach me at [redacted] I can provide more details from my bank statement to assist with this. Thank you, Mike Roszak.
Hello, my Deezer account has been hacked. I see different devices connected to my account every day (which I don't recognize). I keep deleting them, but there are always more the next day. In my listening history, there are many songs that I don't listen to and don't even know exist. I can't listen to my music sometimes because "too many people are connected to the same account." I tried to change my password, but it has already been changed by someone else. If I log out, I won't be able to return to my account at all. I tried to contact Deezer through emails, but got no response, just links to the site's FAQs. This hasn't solved my persistent issue. I don't pay for a subscription for others. Thank you for your help, I don't know what to do anymore.
I made a payment for my renewal on June 7th, and my music was working fine until 20 minutes ago. I got a notification claiming I switched to the free version, but I haven't. The payment is pending in my bank account. In previous instances, I could still access my music despite this issue. Why can't I do so right now? Your company chose a bad day to have this problem with my account because I really needed my music today. I rely on it a lot, so please resolve this matter promptly.
Hello! A few years ago, I downloaded several songs on Deezer. Unfortunately, they appear abnormally on my blog and are unusable in their current state. However, I just reactivated this dormant account, and everything is working fine now. But nothing has changed on my blog: the old songs still don't work. I hope I have been clear. Thank you for your response.
Hello, thank you for taking the time to read about my issue. My name is Hugo Mboume, and I tried to apply a premium gift card to my mother's account. I attempted this 3 days ago because her premium subscription was due to expire in 2 days. However, the website indicated that she was already a premium member, preventing me from applying the gift card. Now, when I try to use the same code, it says it has already been used. I am frustrated because on other platforms, I could have used the gift card while she was still enjoying premium benefits. I am eager to find a solution because my mother values her Deezer subscription, and I want to make her happy. If you need any information about the account or the code, please let me know. I am uncertain if this page is official. I am located in Spain. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards, Hugo Mboume.
I am disappointed with Deezer. I have been a loyal customer since it launched. Despite various free apps, I stuck with Deezer through all the bugs. I originally used Muve Music through Cricket, but switched to Deezer on their suggestion and have been with them for years. The price has changed a couple of times, and now during the coronavirus situation, it has increased to $14.99, $12.99, or even $17.99. I was supposed to pay 15 days ago but couldn't due to financial constraints. I've looked for promo codes and discounts, but found nothing useful. While students get a $4.99/month deal, as a mom homeschooling four boys, I would appreciate a more affordable option like $3.99 or a family package around $8.99 to $12.99. Deezer, please consider offering better deals during these tough times and help your loyal customers.
Subject: Issue Accessing Deezer Premium Account Hello, I encountered some challenges trying to access my Deezer Premium account. Previously, I had a Deezer trial version which I upgraded to Deezer Premium via Android and paid using Google Pay. Initially, I could access Deezer without any issues. However, when I tried to log in after a period of inactivity, I was prompted to log in, which I had never done before, and was asked to reset a password that I never had. The system then indicated that my email was linked to another account, although I don't have a secondary Deezer account. When attempting to reset the non-existent password, I was unexpectedly asked for my PayPal account details even though I already pay via PayPal through Google Pay, making a second payment unnecessary. I have some questions: 1) Why was I suddenly prompted to log in when I never had to before? 2) After upgrading from the trial version to Premium, I could use Deezer without creating a separate account or logging in; why is this change now? 3) Why is my email not being accepted, and why am I being informed that it is associated with another account which does not exist? Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. I enjoy using Deezer, but if this issue persists, I may need to consider canceling my subscription. Best regards, Ada-Kristina F. K.
I am looking to cancel my subscription, which is currently charging me $11.99 monthly. However, I am unable to log in to my account successfully. When I select 'forgot email' and enter my email address, I receive a jumbled message in my email inbox instead of a reset link. Despite multiple attempts, no email with the reset information has been received. I also attempted to log in from a desktop computer, but the 'forgot your password' link did not work. I urgently need to cancel my subscription, but the Deezer website is preventing me from accessing my account to do so. Can someone reach out to me today to assist with my unsubscribe request and provide confirmation once it has been completed? Thank you.
I previously reported an issue with my downloads, and it was resolved until yesterday. All my favorite tracks suddenly stopped playing as if they were never downloaded, prompting me to try redownloading them. However, I fear the same issue will occur again, like it did last time with Deezer. This recurring problem is frustrating because I really enjoy the app, but if it persists, I may have to discontinue using it. I urgently need you to restore all my favorite tracks for download. I've invested a significant amount of my data plan re-downloading them in the past. Even after the supposed fix, I encountered difficulties with some songs in my favorites list - they wouldn't load properly, consuming my data without playing.
I am a fan of the Deezer application and have been enjoying the three-month free trial along with my family members. Unfortunately, my subscription will no longer work after January 15. As a retired teacher on a limited budget, I am unable to afford the regular monthly dues. I believe that retired individuals like myself should have the same privileges as students, military personnel, and veterans to enjoy quality music at a discounted rate. It would mean a lot if Deezer could consider extending this benefit to retired individuals like me. I would love for my fellow teacher friends to also experience this amazing application. Thank you for considering my request.
Hello, I had a Deezer family subscription. I changed my credit card and mistakenly signed up for Deezer Premium through the Apple Store ("manage my subscriptions"). I canceled the Premium subscription and signed up for Family. My bank account was debited for this. However, I am still on Premium and unable to switch to Family. My family is becoming impatient as this has been going on for a week. Please respond promptly, have a great day. Guillaume (account: [redacted] - username: TESTAPETADE)
