I have paid an amount of £ **.** on **th January for statement dated *rd January.*Statement amount £***.***However I returned £*** ** worth of goods with Hermes.*Which consisted of * parcels *( * items altogether)*I have only received ( by email from you) one confirmation of receiving I item.*( scarf)*Which is order ************. Parcel track P ******* £**.***However on same day I returned *a seperate parcel returned with same tracking number as above( P*******)* but order number *************Lands end coat.*I have not received confirmation for this, amountvof £**.***Also another parcel with * items inside*Order number ************ Sketchers boots £**.** and order *********** tan wallet returned with parcel tracking number of P******* these have also not been confirmed as returned by email to me.*Altogether I returned total amount of goods to the value of £***.** with Hemes with the above parcel track numbers.( * parcels , * items)*I'm hoping someone can help and of course if you delay this matter and I may incur interest charges on my account and this message is to make sure that doesn't happen.*Thank you *Gloria Tranter *Debenhams card account ******************Contact ***** *** ***
