My order was sent to the wrong address yesterday and ASOS managed to solve the problem, by changing where to send my order. I was told today I would receive it. But I have had no update or notification stating when to expect it today. I've tried contacting DPD all day and had no reply. I even tracked it all day and the tracking hasn't updated except saying it arrived at the depot. But nothing else. It's not a cheap order so I would appreciate some response as I am worried what has happened.
GetHuman-kayfacee did not yet indicate what DPD should do to make this right.
