I called dish for info on an upgrade on the receiver with the hooper for two t.v. which Im paying seven dollars a month for with (loyal customer discount $**). And I didn't realize my monthly bill is $**.**. The Rep I was talking to was really hard to understand but what I could understand was I was due for an upgrade I would like to have the hooper for two t.v. he said that it would raise the bill $**.** and that I have to sign a contract. To me being a loyal customer just doesn't seem right. If my bill cant be lower than **.** and an proper upgrade and not having to sign a contract Im gonna be researching another way of watching Im getting ready to put a antenna for locals channels that use to five dollars not went up to $**.**. My current receiver is VIP *** K.
