We qualified for the hopper upgrade because we have had dish for ** years they came on November **th to put the hopper in which was defected it kept shutting off wouldn't change the channels and the * joeys on my other tv didn't work right so the guy came back on Mon Dec *rd to replace the hopper than after he left the joeys wouldn't download so once again i had to call a guy told me to unplug them and let them download again which they didn't so i once again called and was told to unplugged them again then she decided they also needed replaced said no one could come untill Fri the *th I told them I wanted someone to come before then so she transferred me to some other woman that said she would try to get someone to come before the *th and would call me back which she never did. I just called to make sure they were coming Fri and the recording said they were coming tomorrow so i had to change my plans to be home because the girl didn't bother to call me back. We have been with you ** years and have given you alot of money if I would have known this was going to be a complete joke we would have went to direct tv. You need to talk to your workers on how to handle these matters and when they tell someone that they will call them back they need too instead of blowing people off. The technition was a very nice guy and this is not his fault. If you wouldn't charge us ***.** dollars to get out of the contract u would change to direct tv I wish now we would have just kept the old box. Iam sure I won't hear back from you because you don't seem to know how to contact people back! Once the * year contract is up we are changing to direct tv because your company is a joke!!!
