Name of seller on dh gate*Soccer ****Order number ***********Tracking number ev*********cn *Order was placed on *********This seller first of all said if I ordered ** items or more he would give me free postage he didn't he charged me around ** dollars *When I asked him about this he agreed to send me * free items plus send by parcel by dhl which i had asked for *He didn't send my item by dhl he sent them by parcel force without consulting me *Parcel force are the worst courier business I know of this is why I would never do business with anyone who would use them *I had customers waiting on these items which I have now lost because the parcel is still not with me *I opened a dispute with the seller who keeps saying I must contact customs in England and pay the tax *That is not how it works what you do is you contact the courier who is parcel force they pay the custom and then I pay them but I can't do nothing untill parcel force decide to do this *I have been in contact with par el force on a number of occasions I was even told that my parcel had been lost or mislaid *My parcel hasn't moved from the international hub since the **********Parcel force say I can't pay and that they can't do anything untill it moves into the national hub *I feel the seller didn't keep his side of the deal when he confirmed he would send by dhl *I have lost out in a lot of money as customers wanted these items for the European cup final which was last weekend *I feel I should be compensates for my lost *Also soccer *** keeps blaming me for the parcel being late it's not my fault *Please advise me on what legal grounds I have on this case *Kind regards
