Sales receipt no. *******Customer no. ******** *Date of receipt ** April *****Order no. CUR********** *Order date ** April *****Branch no. ******I am writing after several unsuccessful attempts to get through to customer services on the phone. I purchased NINJA - Foodi Max OP***UK Multi Pressure Cooker & Air Fryer - Black*& Silver online on the **nd April **** and within two weeks of use I noticed that steam was coming from the front of the lid and was not pressurising. *I telephoned customer services on the *th May and again on the **th May. I have tried to call again this morning and the telephone is just ringing out. I appreciate that things are difficult at this time for all of us, however, I would be most grateful if you would contact me to arrange either a replacement or cash refund for the faulty product.
