I went to your branch on Sunday *th to purchase a blue tooth speaker. And saw a Samsung r* *** speaker for sale.£**.. spoke to salesman and enquired about product, was told end of line and only had display item for sale. Decided to come away and think about. I Made a fresh journey today to buy item . Was then told by a fresh member of staff item was not for sale. As was owned by Samsung.*However item was still displayed for sale. I was further frustrated that he could not confirm that any of branches had stock in as he said he could not confirm if the stock they showed was or sale or not . I found your whole service both baffling and quite poor. How do you hope to compete with online sellers who offer cheaper priced products if you cannot provide good customer service !!!. Also virtually all your speaker displays did not work so was unable to even listen to most of portable speakers. I visited the Mansfield curry store on both *th and *th of January.
GetHuman-markgill did not yet indicate what Currys should do to make this right.
