First of all, I shouldn't have to * "get human" because I AM HUMAN & with as much money as I've spent & I continue to spend with Cricket, I should be entitled to speak to a knowledgeable customer service expert regarding my account at any hour. No, I'm not in the least bit happy with Cricket or in the way I'm treated by Cricket & I don't even know why I'm bothering to voice my displeasure with the ineptitude I encounter each & every time I'm in need of assistance, again, I pay full price & I expect full service from a company where my being a loyal customer of more years than I can count means absolutely NOTHING & in spending hundreds of thousands of dollars in all those years, & expecting when I need the customer service that I pay full price for, I should get it but, instead I get to talk to someone in Malaysia, who doesn't know their *** from their elbow & you know the problem I have with that? As the saying goes, you get what you pay for but, you see when I pay full price for what's supposed too be quality phone service & then Cricket, NOT ME, outsources their customer service department to Malaysia in order to keep more of my money in their pocket, (as if making millions of dollars a day isn't enough, talk about disgusting greed) & it's because of that corporate greed that Cricket is so cheap, not only does Cricket avoid creating jobs for people in the United States of America, they avoid it because that would mean they'd have to pay those employees here in the U.S.A. a decent wage for the quality of service I expect & Cricket would have to use that money the way it's intended to be used each month I pay my phone bill & do something Cricket isn't used to doing & give me the quality of service I PAY FOR because that's how a business is supposed to be run, I should get the quality of service I pay for not the kind of service Cricket skimps on. Furthermore, last night, I paid the second half of my bridge payment with my Visa card $** & I received confirmation from Cricket letting me know my payment went through & was received by Cricket & then two hours passed & you shut my phone off. Thank you so very much. Again, I'm left disappointed & of course when I try to contact customer service, I'm disappointed yet, again because your closed.*I would expect Cricket will remedy my inconvenience by acknowledging their error promptly & restore my service.
