Help with my Cricket Communications issue

I just recently joined Cricket Wireless. About a month ago, I was having problems with my new phone, so I called customer service (***) from my Cricket Wireless phone, the Alcatel Onyx. I couldn't get the new phone to send or receive pictures through MMS. So I dialed ***, and the lady representative worked with me for over two (*) hours trying to resolve this issue. We couldn't get it done. Then she suggested possibly factory resetting the phone. She asked me if everything that was important to me was saved to the cloud. I said that it was through Google. So she said go ahead then. (I was using my friends phone as I was talking with your rep. Same one I'm using now). I did, and when I rebooted my phone, and tried getting back into my Google account, Google said, that the device I was trying to get access to my Google account was an unrecognized device. Then they started asking me what was supposed to be, security questions that I picked. Some of them were, but most of them not. And the ones that were, they said my answers were the wrong answer, which I know for a fact that they were correct. ***% positive. So they locked me out of my Google account for about a little over a week. But all this time, the patient young lady representative from customer service was still on the line with me the whole time. She then was so apologetic, she patched me directly through to a Google rep. A supervisor in fact. And he couldn't help me. So before we said our goodbyes, she looked at when I got the phone, and informed me that I was eligible to get a replacement phone because I was still within the time limits to do so. I said I would see if I could get back to me Google account from this device, and let her know either way. But asked her to make a note in my file that she offered me a new replacement phone, what happened*what the problem was, and that I may be calling to get that said replacement phone. She informed me she would. So you should be able to see that in my file, so you know I'm being honest. Well anyway, I got into my Google account with my phone. But like I said, about a week and a half, and *** more grey hairs later. And still couldn't send or get any photos through MMS. Then, about a week or so after that insident, I dropped my phone. I dropped it only once accidentally, and the screen shattered. And I had a protective case I bought the day I bought the phone and service from you guys, and it didn't protect my phone. The first time dropping it, the brand new protective case broke in half, and my screen shattered. Now what the heck is up with that?! And now, just today, it (my phone) decided that it didn't want to charge anymore. I can't get it to charge at all. Can't get it to turn on or anything. So I would like to take the customer service lady's offer, and get a replacement on my phone please. I'm also losing business by not having my phone. And I just upgraded my plan with you guys. Uugghhh! When it rains it pours, I'm tellin' ya. So can we make this happen? If so, I'll be a loyal customer for life, and tell all my friends, family, customers*clients how well I've been treated by Cricket Wireless, and how good the service is. If not, well...................
