I was told when I set up my account which I have already closed one month later but anyway I was talked into setting up online bill paying and I was told that the money would not be taken out until the *rd of every month and the very *st month the charged me on the *st. Well I don't get paid till the *rd of every month because I am on a fixed income. Well I was going to cancel my service before I was billed but was unable to because I was billed * days early when I called the gentleman named George was very rude and told me that I would have to dispute it with my bank because by he wasn't able to credit automatic bill pay I got the complete run around. I'm very disappointed in crickets service and your customer service really needs work now all I want is my bank credited $**.** that I was charged *days early which made my bank overdrawn which I should ask you for the overdraft fee I was charged of$**.** but the ** will be ok. Now I hope that I am not going to have any problems with this problem because I have spoke to the BBB on this matter and I am giving you a chance to make things right or I am going to have to file complaint only because I have gotten the run around for over a month waiting for someone to call me back.
