Hello, I recently turned 18 and attempted to check my credit score. However, the system keeps indicating that my information is incorrect without specifying the exact error. I have reviewed and verified my address, name, last name, birthday, and social security number thoroughly, including providing past addresses, but I am still unable to access my credit score. I recently got a new phone and a new phone number, and I cannot access my Credit Karma savings account because it requires verification through my old number, which I no longer have. I tried to add my new number by verifying my driver's license, but it kept indicating that it could not be verified. This is the second time I've contacted you about this problem. I have also provided pictures of my social security card and driver's license, but I haven't received a response from your team. The new number I want associated with my account is [redacted]. Please resolve this matter promptly to avoid any legal action to recover the funds in my Credit Karma savings account.

I recently discovered that an individual attempted to apply for a significant loan using my personal information. Shortly after, I received a notification from Credit Karma indicating multiple unauthorized hard credit inquiries under my name. Upon reviewing the list on Credit Karma, I noticed several unauthorized checks. I am eager to learn the process of disputing and preventing these inquiries and uncovering the individuals responsible. Is it possible for Credit Karma to provide me with contact details or phone numbers of those who made these unauthorized checks?

I am really frustrated with the inaccuracies on Credit Karma. I was informed that paying off accounts would boost my credit score by 20 to 21 points per account, but after paying off six accounts, my score only increased by one point. Additionally, there are discrepancies with the accounts on Credit Karma that do not reflect on the credit bureaus' reports. I believe my credit score should be higher, and this discrepancy is deeply upsetting. I intend to lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to address this issue promptly. Hello, I applied for a $99.25 credit and received my virtual card. I made a purchase at Walmart for three items and they deducted the first payment upon placing the order. After receiving my items, I found that the funds were not in my account when I tried to pay a bill. Upon checking my account, I noticed Walmart charged my linked card without my authorization. I did not approve that transaction when using the virtual card. Card number: 4[redacted] 7[redacted], Expiry: 01/20, CVV: [redacted].

My husband received notice from Comenity Bank about a $[redacted] charge on a BJ's Wholesale Club credit card we don't have. We declined the charge but were unable to reach anyone at [redacted]. After researching, I called Comenity Bank at [redacted] and spoke to a representative who found no record of a charge card for us. I am concerned about how our information was obtained and if the original call was a scam. Feeling confused and frustrated.

Credit Karma displayed a loan offer from One Main Financial, but the terms and conditions were not visible before submitting my application. Unfortunately, upon reviewing the terms after applying, they were not acceptable to me. Despite this, One Main Financial deducted 22 points from my TransUnion credit score for inquiring about the terms. I would like these points reinstated to my score. I have filed a fraudulent report with TransUnion and will be filing a police report next. I am awaiting Credit Karma's resolution via email. Thank you, B.K.

I believed I was agreeing to receive the three credit reports, but as of today, I haven't received any of them. Instead, I'm inundated with over [redacted] emails related to a children's game online. I haven't used credit cards for approximately twenty years. After discovering a considerable amount of inaccurate information on the reports, I must now establish credit accounts to access my reports. However, I do not wish to open new credit accounts until I resolve the false information on the reports. I'm not interested in the juvenile offers flooding my email inbox. I am adamant about not making online payments due to the importance of my banking details and privacy. Even after sending a Money Order to settle an account, the issue persists as communication with the company is extremely challenging. I need the credit reports from all three agencies, prefer to handle payments by mail, and do not wish to engage with certain credit providers. My priority is privacy and ensuring timely payments.

Regarding account #[redacted][redacted] with Southwest Gas Corporation, I want to inform you that the outstanding amount of $[redacted].43 was paid in full on 09/25/[redacted]. Both BYL and Southwest Gas Corporation have confirmed that they have resolved the issue on their end. However, I am still facing credit problems due to this account showing as outstanding on my credit report. Another collection with BYL through Universal Recovery Corporation was successfully removed on the same date, but the Southwest Gas Corporation collection remains. Please, address this discrepancy promptly and remove the Southwest Gas Corporation collection from my credit report. Thank you.

On October 10, [redacted], I was informed that my bankruptcies had been removed from my credit report by both TransUnion and Equifax. According to Credit Karma, they were removed between August 10 and October 10. However, after contacting the agencies, no changes were made, and the bankruptcies still appear on my report. This discrepancy has caused confusion, as I received the same information recently. I'm seeking clarification on the status of my credit report.

I am having trouble accessing my Credit Karma account because the registered phone number is no longer in service, so I'm unable to receive a verification code. Despite having my login email and password, I can't reach my profile to update my phone number. Despite several attempts to seek assistance, I have been unsuccessful. This issue has persisted for almost a year, leading me to give up, but now I am trying once more. I am confused as to why this process has been so challenging. I am facing issues logging in using my correct email and password as it keeps showing that my account is deactivated. Despite trying to reset my password using the correct email, I keep receiving the same "account deactivated" message due to another account that was apparently created first. I am unable to create a new email account, as suggested, and urgently need access to this inaccessible account. It is crucial as I am in search of an apartment for myself and my disabled daughter; however, my credit report is hindering my applications. The verification code sent to my phone number, which is my only contact, cannot be located as I deleted the text. We are currently staying in a hotel after facing unjust eviction and are at risk of homelessness. I urgently require access to my credit report to address these issues with rental agents. I have forgotten my password and attempted to recover it, but after multiple unsuccessful tries, I got locked out of my account. I require assistance in setting up a new password. I have sent numerous emails to Credit Karma but have not received any responses. Since I have only one email address, I am unable to change it to an alternate one. I am trying to cancel my old account associated with this app as I want to create a new one. Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel the old account because I forgot the password and no longer have access to the phone number linked for verification. I have been attempting to reach your customer service team without any luck. It is frustrating to be unable to contact a company I am using a service from. I am having difficulties accessing my account to view my income tax information, which I require to file my amendment. I recently discovered that Credit Karma has inaccurately reported information from TransUnion on my credit report. They claimed my balance with First Franklin had increased, but it actually decreased. I confirmed with First Franklin, and they show the decreased balance on their records. Due to this error, my credit score was lowered by 42 points, which is concerning. I urgently need Credit Karma to rectify this mistake and restore my score. Should I take steps to dispute this issue promptly?

I recently realized that the automated deposit feature was turned off, resulting in money being automatically deposited into my Kredit Karma account without my knowledge. I am struggling to find a way to dispute this transaction and have the funds refunded back to my bank account. This situation has been particularly challenging for me, given that it is the holiday season and there is no customer support number available to assist me promptly.
