My credit score recently dropped by 17 points, and I am seeking assistance in addressing this matter. The company from which I originally obtained my car loan, SNAAC, was recently involved in a lawsuit, resulting in significant fines. As a result, they transferred all accounts to Westlake for processing payments starting in October. Despite this transfer, I have consistently made timely payments. However, due to this unforeseen change, a closed account not associated with me has affected my credit report, leading to the 17-point drop. I am eager to rectify this situation promptly as it was not a result of any actions on my part. I aim to have my credit score reinstated to its previous levels of [redacted] and [redacted].

Hi Linda, I did not authorize a credit card payment on TransUnion report 1. I do not want any credit limit. Please refrain from issuing me any credit. Kindly remove me from any association with Karma. Thank you. Linda Z.

After graduating from college in May [redacted], I encountered an issue with student loan deferment paperwork that my school failed to submit in January [redacted]. This resulted in The University of Maine billing me monthly, leading to an oversight on my part due to a change of address. I remedied the situation with the university, and my loans are now correctly in deferment. I was assured my credit score would be updated by September [redacted] after resolving the matter, but I have yet to see any improvement. I am eager to restore my credit score to its original state prior to the erroneously reported missed payments. Any advice on how to expedite this process would be greatly appreciated.

I sold a Toyota Corolla to Eric S. on eBay for $13,[redacted]. He paid with a cashier's check for $14,[redacted], requesting me to send $1,[redacted] to Titus P. for transportation. After doing so, Eric backed out. He asked for $14,[redacted] back, but I refused, suspecting money laundering. The bank voided the check, withdrew $14,[redacted], and charged $10 for a bad check. I disputed the $1,[redacted] payment on my Discover card, but PayPal and Discover did not refund it, claiming it was a legitimate transaction. I suspect collusion among PayPal, Discover, and Eric. I have tried to contact Titus Princess for a refund without success. Eric has stopped responding, and his email is active, but he doesn't reply. I am seeking a refund of $1,[redacted].80 from PayPal or Titus Princess.

On September 1, [redacted], I placed an online order with macys.com and used a Visa card ending in [redacted]. Recently, I tried to return an item from that order at the store and realized I had used a different Visa from Costco ending in [redacted]. I don't have a record of the Visa ending in [redacted] and I'm unsure where it came from. I'm worried about this unknown card and would like to check my credit report to confirm its existence and identify the issuing bank for further investigation.

I am constantly bombarded with offers ranging from 4.99% - 5.99% APR. After checking out reviews online for Goldman Sachs, I provided some basic information and suddenly started receiving calls from Avant, Lending Club, and another company that didn't properly identify themselves. The sheer volume of emails pouring in is frustrating. While I understand my part in this due to my lack of knowledge, I did not authorize anyone to perform a credit check on me. Creditkarma provides helpful guidance. I feel lost on how to resolve this situation I unwittingly got myself into.

I tried to open a new account yesterday but it seems like I already have an existing account according to the information provided. However, when I tried using the email associated, it said it didn't exist. I'm having trouble setting up a new account as it keeps indicating I already have one. The email it's linked to is [redacted] I also can't recall my password, so I require urgent assistance. I've joined a credit repair service that requires Credit Karma for monitoring. Please help as soon as possible. Thank you, Larry C. [redacted]. I am reaching out using my son's phone, so please respond to his email. He also has an account with you.

I followed your suggestion to refinance my car loan with the company Auto Pay. I believed it wouldn't impact my credit score, but according to Experian, it actually dropped significantly. I didn't intend to lower my score, especially since I'm working on rebuilding it. Now, I regret refinancing my vehicle. I appreciate your help, but this has turned out to be a negative experience. I will refrain from taking any more advice from you in the future. Thank you. -Roger N.

I recently obtained approval for a secured Capital One credit card recommended by Credit Karma to enhance my credit rating. However, following the application process, my Equifax score decreased by 39 points and my TransUnion score went down by 18 points. I am puzzled about how a secured card affects my credit and how it can help me. I am frustrated that my hard work in raising my score by 40 points over the last 6 months has been negated due to this inquiry. Even disputing items on my report resulted in a reduced score. I would appreciate any guidance on improving my credit score as the system seems confusing and counterproductive to my efforts.

I have attempted to check my Credit Karma scores three times today, and I am concerned to see that my score has dropped 34 points without any explanation. Unfortunately, I have been cut off from accessing my information. I contacted Expedia to request a "promotional block." I hope that by doing this, the block restricting my access to my scores will be lifted. This issue is very untimely as we are in the process of refinancing our home from a 30-year to a 10-year loan. It is frustrating that Credit Karma, which we rely on for accurate credit information, is not being helpful during this critical time.

I am having trouble accessing my account. I have contacted you multiple times about this issue, and you did reply. You requested my address to assist with changing my password. Although I attempted to change my password independently, it was unsuccessful. You mentioned the possibility of me mistakenly logging into a Canadian website. I am concerned about the delay in resolving this matter. I can access screens for applying for other financial products, which I don't want to do. My main goal is to regain access to my account.

Hello, I am reaching out because I've encountered credit card applications that I did not submit. Additionally, there is an extra name and a different address listed on my account, labeled as "two names reported." The name is quite similar to mine, with just a slight spelling variation - mine is Shauna L Manning, while the other one is W "Shawna." The addresses are also very close but do not belong to me. This discrepancy appeared recently on my Credit Karma profile, and I am seeking clarification as to why this information is associated with my personal account.

I am having trouble accessing my account. Initially, I couldn't recall my email, so I started a new account and realized my current email was linked. However, I couldn't remember my password, so I requested a reset. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication for the reset. When I tried to log in again, it said there was a duplicate account. Now, it seems like I don't have an account at all. I tried using my phone number, but it's not being recognized. This situation is really frustrating for me.

Hello, I noticed that my account was scheduled to update on the 5th. I recently paid off a significant amount of debt, which should have been processed on October 5th. However, there hasn't been any update yet, and the debt still appears on my account. I urgently need this information because I am in the process of buying a home, and the bank will be checking my credit. I need to show proof that the debt has been cleared. Since the update was supposed to happen two days ago and I paid the debt well before the update date, I am wondering when I can expect my account to reflect these changes.

I attempted to assist my wife in accessing her Credit Karma account, but unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. Initially, she was unsure if she ever had an account, so I created a new one for her using her Gmail. However, we were informed that her information was incorrect and that she actually had an existing account under a different email address, prompting us to change her email. Sadly, after following this guidance, she is now unable to access either account. Despite my appreciation for the service, this situation feels frustrating as it not only fails to resolve the issue but also exacerbates it, leaving us stuck without a solution.

I have been a customer for some time now, and recently I discovered a bankruptcy listing on my account that I believed was just an example, but it turns out it's actually affecting my ability to improve my credit and get a car. I am upset by this oversight and I should have addressed it sooner. I didn't realize the impact it could have on my credit profile. I need this issue resolved promptly. Thank you.

I have had an account for a few years. After an automatic update, I was prompted to use my original email and password instead of the dot pattern I used before. Due to getting a new phone and not being tech-savvy, I could not access my Yahoo account, Mary [redacted], on my new device. I created a new email, [redacted], but I am unable to change my password as the reset emails go to my old email, which I no longer have access to. I am stuck in a loop as I cannot remember my password from six years ago and the pattern login is no longer available. I have searched everywhere but cannot find the password. Can someone provide assistance?

I am looking to transfer the account from my husband, Cassius McGhee, to myself. He used my email, [redacted], as he didn't have a working phone. Since I didn't originally need Credit Karma, I deactivated the account. Now, I want to use [redacted] under my name, Annette Phillips, and create a new account for Cassius McGhee under the username marcellius301964. However, I am having trouble gaining access. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
