I need help from someone, ANYONE….PLEASE!*I have been using my work computer (as I have no access to any other computer) to log into all of my credit card accounts. I have a few with CAPITOL ONE and one with CREDIT ONE. I tried logging on today and I guess extra security measures were added to your website which has now blocked me from accessing my account information. I have tried entering the verification code ** times!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It will NOT work. I have been sent at least * codes and have spent the better part of my work day trying AND FAILING to access my account. This is beyond frustrating! * I of course called and was told to use another computer or change it to INTERNET EXPLORER?????? I have talked to * different customer service agents today, neither were helpful in ANY WAY. I believe my payment is due tomorrow and I need to check my account. Of course customer service is more than happy to take a payment from me but not as happy to fix this problem. ALL I WANT TO DO IS ACCESS MY ACCOUNT LIKE I HAVE DONE ON MY WORK COMPUTER LIKE I HAVE ALWAYS DONE IN THE PAST. Can someone please help me so I can get in my account and enter my bank info to deduct the payment due tomorrow???????????????????
