My prepaid card with NetSpend and Bluebird both have been hit with * each of $*.** transactions within * weeks. I have no idea who is doing this and want it investigated for fraud by your fraud department. I'd like for you to find out who is doing this and why. I expect your dept to get thisi resolved by getting this stopped immediately.It happened at least twice with Netspend last week and now once this week on ***** with Bluebird prepaid Card.
