My wife & I reside at **** Pebble Drive in Roanoke, VA. On ******** my wife made a service call to Cox to report poor cable quality (picture tiling) that had been occurring for weeks. The following day your technician arrived at our home. After describing the problem the technician examined the connections and told us someone had connected the cable incorrectly after undoing the tied wires behind my living room tv. He did bother retyping the wires* instead just shoved the back behind the tv. We also noticed that he tracked mud across of living room carpet. My wife had to clean the carpet and either your technician didn't notice his mess or didn't dare. I suspect the later because he also replaced an old splitter mounted on the exterior wall of our house and never bothered reattaching the new splinter to the house. Instead, he just left a section of cable above our basement stairwell jutting out loose from the house. It looked very unprofessional. I am not a fan of Cox Cable as I believe your service has slipped badly and the costs are very unreasonable. I am seriously considering switching service to your competition after having your service for ** years. In the meantime, do not send the same technician to my house. **David*Pam Lyon
