To Whom it may concern:* On ***** I went to the Cox store to exchange my remote. While there I was advised that a new system was being introduced and I should change to it now. I brought the new Contour home and attempted to install it. For various reasons, including my health, I couldn’t complete it. I called your help line and a technician attempted to help me on line which didn’t work out well. So I asked for an adviser to be scheduled to visit my home and complete the installation. On ***** a technician did arrive and completed the task. For doing this I was charged $**. * Now I have been a customer with Cox for more then ** years and use a bundled service resulting in a monthly bill of $***. Do you really believe I should be billed for the installation service? I would appreciate it if you credit my account for that $**.* Thanks
