The issue in GetHuman-maxcide's own words
in November of **** I had a service contract for taking care of anything needing repair by Cox cable inside the home. It was about $* per month. I had called on July *th **** for a problem and the person I spoke to asked if I had a service contract. I told him yes. He said the Complete Care was the best. For $** a month. I told him NO, I needed to keep the Cox bill as Low as I can. Well come to find out he signed me up for the Complete Care and took away the one I had for $*. Now I am Paying $*.** more a month. Had I not had a small issue with a repair last week , not knowing this idiot deleted my original service contract, I would have been charged a Service call of $**. I want someone to look into this and tell me why this person was going to charge me for a more expensive plan ??? and without my OK he did what he did. Because of him I was so angry I almost went to another provider after being with Cox for ** years. I would like an answer for why he did what he did. I am really so angry when you tell a person you do not want no more expense they sign you up and disconnect your old plan.
