I am very frustrated regarding an online patio furniture order. I ordered on ****. One box was damaged prior to arriving via CEVA - I was not called to alert me of the damage and had to refuse part of the order. I contacted Costco (on the day of delivery - ****) and was informed that I could NOT use the part of the order that was delivered as the furniture needed to be returned as a 'set'. I was told it would not be any type of problem to have the return * replacement processed by ****. I am not being advised that delivery * return can not be guaranteed by **** and this is a very big problem as I need the large car sized box out of my garage. In addition I need the furniture for ****. I was very clear on **** about this and was assured no to worry over it. Now I am getting the run around on all fronts and even asking to have the issue escalated I was told would take **-** hours. There are many places where these issues could have been avoided and were not - !

GetHuman-mclicata did not yet indicate what Costco should do to make this right.
