I went into Burlington Costco this evening to return a defective showerhead. First, the customer service lady said that it "wasn't all there, " but, it was there in its entirety. She didn't understand how it fit together.*She was looking for the brand name on the showerhead, but there was none. She told me that she couldn't accept it for that reason. She looked up my card and said she saw that I had bought three showerheads, but had no way of knowing which showerhead this one was, since there was no brand name on it. I told her it was a "Kohler Magnetic." I also mentioned that they were still selling them in the store, and I offered to run back and grab one to show her. Her reply was "you dont need to say anything else." (In other words, telling me to be quiet) By this time, people were watching and listening, and I was feeling very humiliated by her making it seem like I was trying to return something to Costco that I hadn't purchased there. She stubbornly refused to hear anything I had to say. *I have overlooked the rude employees at Burlington Costco over the years, but this is something that I cannot overlook due to the fact that I am stuck with a broken showerhead that I purchased from your store and am unable to return. It is not my fault that Kohler chose not to stamp their name on their product. (Did I purchase a "knock off" product from you to begin with?)*I have been an executive Costco member for many years, and we shop there regularly. However, this could be the end of my membership. I cannot express strongly enough my disappointment and embarrassment with how I was treated tonight. *I would like this resolved with a refund for the defective showerhead,*but sadly, Costco's great return policy does not apply to Burlington Costco. *Thank you for hearing me out. *Sincerely, *Angie Caracciolo
