After speaking to two different representatives on two different days about my order for the shipping address was to be changed in my billing address I was told I would be sent an email confirmation. No confirmation came I called again and spoke to another rep assured me shipping company had been contacted and again address changed. Today email package delivered to wrong address. Total waste of time talking on two different days to two different reps. Told I must wait for return for credit then reorder. Never like this w Amazon!
GetHuman-keidawbe did not yet indicate what Costco should do to make this right.

Amazon will be utilized when ordering items that have same Black Friday prices, Costco seems unable to follow through changes they state have be made. Most bizarre experience from start to finish. Order no ********* read the notes or listen to recorded calls with reps. Bad show
