Subject: Complaint *Message: I visited your Grand Rapids Costco store yesterday. I had my items in my cart probably about ** items with the barcodes facing up on each item nearly all of the items were larger and heavier. I push the cart to the cart I'll and the lady told me to unload them. I told the lady that I have the barcodes are all facing up and easy to access. She said you have to unload them. I left the cart and talk to manager Amir. He said it's company policy that you have to unload anything less than ** pounds. So I left the store with nothing and I'm very unhappy with this situation. I am considering ending my membership with Costco and shopping elsewhere. Please let me know if you can make this right.
