Help with my Costco issue

The issue in GetHuman-plares's own words
You guys have the worse service on line or on the phone. I placed an order on ******* which was later cancelled. I spent over an hour with your Cust serv and my credit card which happens to be a Costco Citi bank card and i was told because I used my husbands card and kept my name that was the reason you later cancelled my ordered.**I then proceeded to spend another hour or so on the line with the Visa representative and one of your customer service reps that was not able to answer any question other that to tell me she didn't see anything wrong with my order, but could not confirm anything. She stated it would take an hour to know if the order went through. However, earlier in the day the other representative told me I only had * hour to update my order and be sure that it would go through because after * hour all got cancelled. Well I did not get any notifications but also no updates. I just logged in to see when i should expect my order and I found my ordered is cancelled. I was not notified. I called my cc company and they said it has nothing to do with them but Costco. I've been on hold for almost ** minutes now and I still have ** minutes to go. What will I find out? that the order is cancelled. You guys are honestly ridiculous. I might as well order all my items in Amazon.
