My name is valerie woods. I have * issues. Firstly, my new iphone xe has stopped giving me my phone messages when someone calls. This has been happening for about * months, even tho i have reset the phone. I need these messages! Also, my daughter now uses the iphone *s that i used to use. When i got the new iphone xe, I put my existing iphone *s under HER phone number. The *s keeps shutting itself down, tho it has been reset. A danger when she needs to reach me and is unable to cause her phone has shut itself down. And when i tried to look up the warranty i had been paying for on the *s, it appears that the Rep who helped us to put it in her name, took that warranty plan off the *s phone. Yet i had wanted it continued. Now there is a problem with the *s, and the warranty i had been paying for, and which would still have been good, was mistakenly taken off the phone, so now i have no warranty on it. BUT IT STILL SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN EFFECT!AND I DID NOT ASK FOR IT TO BE REMOVED FROM A PHONE THAT I STILL OWN AND IT IS LESS THAN * YEARS OLD!That paid warranty absolutely should have been kept on the *s. My daughter is on MY account, and i still own the phone, so there is NO reason why the Rep should have cancelled it. I need these issues taken care of ASAP please. Please get back to me and let me know what can be done to *) fix the xe so i can receive voicemail *) fix the lack of warranty on the *s, which should have been continued, and *) what can be done to REPLACE the faulty *s USING THE WARRANTY a Rep mistakenly removed.Also, please email me the actual voicemail number so i might call it.
