CANCEL a credit card that supposedly was issued to me. ... Received letter from Comenity RE: Optional program Account Assure on a HSN credit card account ending in ****. Don't know why I received this letter and if there is an account in my name it needs to be cancelled. I don't have a credit card for HSN. PLEASE CANCEL CARD if one is in my name. Would appreciate an email back that this has been taken care of. Thank you! Happy Holidays!
