The issue in GetHuman-vmhuckfi's own words
My bill went up $** for no reason. I am assuming that the package I was under is no longer valid. **No one to speak w* about this in customer service and Xfinity automated chat *****.**After * phone calls and a hang up w* the automated system, I tried to just go in and choose the same package I currently have for the price I am supposed to be paying ($**.**). At one point in the shopping "experience," I was told my current modem needs to be replaced. First, WHY? It's working fine now & I'm not changing anything (same package). Second, I have no idea how to get or return the old modem & I don't want to have to go through rigamarole to replace it when the current one is working just fine. So horrible that Comcast has no live person to talk to.

GetHuman-vmhuckfi did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
