To Comcast,*I just found that Comcast charged me for ** months when the service was cancelled on April **, **** by calling Comcast. **I called AMEX about * month ago when I found these fraud charges, AMEX has already refunded me ** months, I called Comcast the same day per the suggestion of AMEX's customer support, the customer support of Comcast told me that was a mistake and told me that they will handle this issue, they will call AMEX and me late, I do not know if Comcast called Amex or not, but you did call me on July ** (Wednesday), this time the customer support told me that I would have to pay for the past two months of bills for no reason in order to disconnect my account that was cancelled ** months ago. The customer support transferred the conversation to your accounting department, I was held by for about ** minutes and no one came to talk to me and the voice message just let me continue to hold, I did not hold any longer after a long time waiting.*Please help to address the issue for me, thank you very much!*Very respectfully,*Shiquan Peng
