I’d like to complain about a agent I just spoke to who acted like he didn’t care about the on going issue I have and when I called him out on that didn’t even try to help was more else telling me oh well without saying it. His name was Bryce and my issue was due to the fact that I’m having serious internet connection issues and have called * times had multiple people come to my home and wasted countless hours waiting for techs that still haven’t solved the issue. A third party wiring company came today and told me that they needed to run new lines and that also they thought maybe my modem might be an issue and asked me to call and have another sent to me. When I mentioned this the agent bryce was unhelpful and actually told me that I’d have to set up another appointment for another day to get a modem instead of just sending me one. I haven’t had steady or even any internet in over two weeks and I find that you say Comcast cares but today I fee like all you care about is wasting my time and taking my money for services that don’t work.
