Get my laptop to respond to your signal, after mysteriously disconnecting. ... I called, the rep sent a new signal without asking, my phone is connected to my computer, lost contact and all I did was access my computer. She was very willing to help, but said it was my computer at fault* could be, but all I did was type on it! Some electrical interference developed, can't figure it out and a friend is coming to my home tonight to help* if it can't be resolved, I am cancelling, since I signed up February *, *****! No penalty since this is only the last day of a month! Too bad. I was paying $**.** more with WOW and will return, rather than pull the few remaining hairs from my head.
Your rep said it's my fault! Might be, but I just type and don't know what the heck happens ecectrically when it blansk as mine did.
