Miami (Fl.). **A continuaci*n expreso claramente el problema surgido y c*mo quiero que se resuelva en mi facturaci*n del **********.* *-Una vez agotados conducto regular e instancias correspondientes, previa llamada telef*nica el ********** con Sofia y la supervisora Noemi, c*digo ******* y visita personal a la oficina de Comcast el **********, **:** PM. EST., para resolver el problema presentado en mi factura de ****** ****, el resultado ha sido negativo.**-A mediados de enero solicit* una cita , con el fin se corrigiera detalle activaci*n del servicio. * *-El t*cnico, acudi* a mi domicilio el ********** , sac* sus herramientas de trabajo y antes de iniciar le pregunt* si su servicio generaba alg*n costo a los cual me respondi* que SI, inmediatamente le di la orden que guardara sus herramientas y que no efectuara ning*n trabajo, el recogi* sus elementos de trabajo y le solicit* que me comunicara con su supervisor, persona con quien habl* detenidamente y le coment* lo sucedido, respondiendo que: "efectivamente, no me iban a cobrar ning*n servicio" (sic).*-*-El ** de febrero de ****, recib* facturaci*n del **********, y en el rubro de cargos *nicos, encuentro la nota CARGOS POR INSTALACI*N, US$**.**.**-Igualmente, en mi domicilio, nunca fue informada previamente del trabajo a realizar y nunca firm* un documento sobre la prestaci*n del servicio para dar mi consentimiento.**Por lo anterior, solicito que el problema presentado sea resuelto de la siguiente manera:**-Se sirvan acreditar este valor a mi cuenta, es decir, revoquen dicho cobro, ya que nunca solicite instalaci*n alguna y nunca di mi consentimiento para que lo hicieran.**-Se sirvan expedir y enviarme una copia del acta de servicio en la visita practicada el ** de enero de ****.**-Se sirvan expedir fiel copia donde el cliente acepta el servicio***-Se sirvan expedir copia documento donde el cliente firma y acepta o no la prestaci*n del mismo. **Cordialmente * DOLORES SEPULVEDA
