We have had * multi day power outages in the past month. All of the workers have been nice and efficient. Now it has been determined that the signal line from the streetside source has to be replaced or repaired. The tech who was here today, and requested the work, said that wait times are typically a month, but that since we are totally without TV, phone or internet, it might be moved up a couple of weeks. He also said that this was an estimate. **The first outage, which lasted from a Friday to late Sunday, resulted in the replacement of the signal box through which the TV gets its thing. Also, to be real, this restarted everything. That was done about **-**-** or so.**The next outage occurred on about Sunday a week ago, and was fixed on Tuesday, I think. This resulted in a complete inspection of the input line, how it was connected to the service box on the outside, ie. going under our house. It was determined that the wiring connected to the service box had been moved across the concrete foundation of our house by weather conditions for so long that that the covering material had been worn off, creating a problem with the signal. A roughly ** inch section of the cable was replaced.**The next outage occurred yesterday at about **:** to **:** am. An appointment was made for between ** am and noon today, which was kept by your service personnel.**I spoke with a service rep of yours at *PM, yesterday and explained my attempts at resetting the system as shown by the instructions that come on the TV. He was impressed that I had done all of that, and then we went through the process of doing a reset which did not work.**I have been a customer on this system since before it was owned by Comcast, and I think that I should be accorded some consideration as to how soon the repairs are done. **I don't know if you can contact me at my email address, since it is through your signal which I do not have.
