I helped my mother (Ruth Shani, ** years old) set up Xfinity service in April*May **** at her residence at ***** Lazy Valley Road in Penn Valley, CA *****. She has the main box in the living room with the "fancy" remote. There are two additional smaller cable boxes in the two bedrooms with "regular" remotes.*My question is: should ALL CHANNELS they have on their plan be available on ALL THREE BOXES?*The problem is that some channels are NOT available on the two small boxes in the two bedrooms. My sister cannot watch her shows in her bedroom. She has to watch them in the living room, which displaces our mother.**I believe that since they are paying for a certain level of service (which I helped set up), they should get all the channels in all three locations. Am I right?*(I have told my sister to call your customer service but she has done that, and they are out of town right now. I would like to get the answer for them.)*Thank you, Susan Rogers
