Resolve billing issue ... Hi my name is Earley Coleman and I'm trying for the last four months trying to get my bill resolved. There is a $** service charge on my bill which I did not authorize. It was called in as a problem on their line outside the residence. They sent a tech out to the area and now they're trying to bill me for a service call. Apparently the service tech said he did some work inside my residence which he did not. He did not resolve the problem to the issue that was going on outside my residence either. I've made numerous calls on this issue. It's been four months and every time I talk to one on this issue. They said they would handle the problem and fix it but each time I get a bill the problem has not been resolved. Today is November **-****. I just spent the last hour talking to "Keven" operator number is C*'. Trying to get this once again resolved to no avail. He put me in touch with the supervisor Ty in charge of billing escalation collections. She did not try to resolve the situation at all she told me that the bill is outstanding and it was legitimate and that I had no choice but to pay it. I would like to talk to somebody that can help me resolve this situation please. *Solution: remove the $** service charge and any late fees associated with it. Whatever complaint you have you try to address it immediately they said that they will take care of it. four months later you're still addressing the same problem each and every month. You try phoning in to resolve the issue. You try going to the office trying to resolve the issue but to no avail. they all say that they are going to resolve the issue but never do.

Call the corporate executive relations office. I filed a complaint with them. And within ** hours they got back with me and reverse the charges and late fees. They promised to look into this matter further. there's no reason why it should take four months to resolve an issue like this.
