Problem **- I ordered my internet service through Comcast, and was provided with xfinity. The installer was horrendous. When he found the outlet occupied by the cable t.v., he went into my bedroom where he hammered a hole in the cable box and wall and hooked a splitter to hook up cable and internet. He then ran the cord along the baseboard - about * to * feet, then out across the door jam and and set the box and cord on the floor and left shortly *thereafter. You might call that an installation, I call it a mess. I would like someone to come out and see if we can come together on a solution. *Also, I have lost my password and user name.
