Some time ago I received a survey from you, but find that the date for a response has passed. .**I would like to say a few words concerning my calls, however. On August ** I called your number to ask a question concerning my account, and was put in contact with a man who claimed he represented Xfinity, and who asked me many personal questions, asking also to get on my computer, and saying it was hacked. While on the phone he put me in touch with someone who claimed to represent Tydan Tech, a computer repair company. I asked for the name of the man who claimed to be with Xfinity and he said it was Mark Parker. The man supposedly representing Tydan Tech identified himself as Kevin Lewis. Both had pronounced Indian accents.**As I reflected on this call, I called back to Xfinity and received a helpful lady employee who said she would make an inquiry about Mark Parker. She called back saying there was no one with that name with Xfinity. I understand she would be investigating further and perhaps contact me. Realizing that Mark Parker had information that could be compromising, I called my bank at *:** the next day and stopped payment on my account. Later I opened a new account. During the day Mark attempted to make a deduction from my account but it was too late.**I do hope that this does not happen for anyone else. I do not remember the number of my call, but it was one of two numbers either in your literature or on your web page. I have spent an incredible amount of time contacting all those who use my account, and trying to get things straightened out..**One of your employees said that it would perhaps be possible to put me back on the initial price of your services, $**.** monthly, in view of these problems. I have fixed the problem concerning the man who fraudulently posed as one of your agents. Fortunately I changed my bank account just before he tried to deduct money. There is nothing you have to do. Tom Julien
