Every other utility company charges you after the service has been done, electric, water, trash, but you charge in advance. Now, problem with that is, I paid for a months uninterrupted service, for my phone, net, and cable. You promised me a months worth of each. I paid my bill, that is what I promised to do, and I did it. You, on the other hand didn't. My whole bundle has been out all day. I can't get thru to customer service, can't chat with customer service, can't use the phone, can't do ****. Now, am I gonna recieve a rebate, am I? You failed, and I couldn't care less why, really, I don't care why, you made a deal with me, and you fucked me. Half the time my internet ***** to begin with, and it cuts out. My channel twenty one, hardly ever works, and half my phone calls don't get thru, but that's not my cause here. You charged me for a months service, I paid that, and God damnit, I want it, or, I want a refund for time missed. God, your commercial is such a joke, and your name is even worse. The public is tired of being screwed over, and soon, it's gonna show. Dish, direct tv, sling, there's competition now, and were fed up. I should recieve one days refund for your mess. One thing I have to laugh at thou...I can't get thru to anything today, chat, trouble shooting, customer service, nothing...but the one thing I can get thru to...is " pay your bill " ... Now ain't that something? You made sure people could pay you everything be damned, but nothing else works. What a ******* joke. Comcast is a joke, and I won't be here much longer. And the way your being sued, and in trouble for padding bills, you won't be around much longer either. Email me, and I'll give you my bank account number, to credit me for today's outage.
