I called on Thursday to make arrangements to pay my bill so it domt get cut off. I was on the phone over * with two different reps. First one got dosconnect. The second one told me that she extended to ***. And then we began talking about packages and how they were better. I told her I eill talk to my daughters and am sure i will change the package on Monday. She thank me and said make sure tge *th because after that your cycle drop then it's the hole bill. I then put a alert on my phone to do so. I made payment arounf ****? ********** is my approval number. Today while at work my daughter calls and say cable off. You got to ne kidding me. She said no. I called Comcast and this rep going to tell me cause I didn't make it till the **th. I not dumb. Why would I call and still allow comcast to cut my service off. Am very upset, because i wrote all this info down when I talk to her and all they could say is I understand. No they don't. I struggle for my money and to see how I got played as a value CUSTOMER. Its bad business. I stood to my word and she going to tell me that my payment was not received until the **th. We'll if thats the case the rep I talked to should of said make payment *** for us to get on ***. Am asking for my cable to be cut back on as the agreement I made and took care of. I dont want to let comcast go, but this here has pulled me to my limit.
